A big Thanks to Olivier who managed to get us a B1B2 visa after a categorical refusal of an E2 visa. We were working with a lawyer in Miami at the time who went through the process.recognized incompetent and put us in a difficult situation. Due to the refusal we have struggled for more than 7 months trying to re-sell our assets which led us to exceed our limeite of time authorized. As a result, once we left there was no way to get an ESTA and we gave up and gave up on the United States. A few months ago we spoke to a friend who is in Florida and who advised us to contact Olivier to see if there would be a possibility of reversing the situation. What followed was a period of active search for a restaurant to take over in Las Vegas. Dès notre arrivée à Miami , nous étions à la recherche d’ un avocat d’ immigration pour constituer notre dossier pour l’ obtention du E2 Visa. J’ ai rencontré Olivier grace a un ami résident en Californie qui travaille pour mon futur employeur. Mon sponsor a éssayé d’ obtenir un H1B en 2011 mais celui ci a été refusé. Mon avocat de l’ époque ne s était pas trop foulé pour fabriquer un dossier qui tienne la route nous avez dis qu il serait inutile de faire une nouvelle demande. Donc nous avions abandonné tout espoir. En 2013, mon sponsor a demandé a Olivier de revoir mon premier dossier pour évaluer les chances d une nouvelle demande. Olivier a été tres clair. Il nous a dis “vous avez 50% de chances de réussite car votre dossier est assez marginal”. Nous avons alors demander a Olivier d éffectuer la demande malgre ce taux peu encourageant en esperant que ce dossier soit accepté. Le dossier n a pas été accepté par la loterie cette annee la mais avec de la chance nous avons pu etre sélectionné en Avril 2015. Nous avons recu un RFE (demande supplémentaire d information) en aout et renvoyer le dossier en Octobre. Le 9 Decembre 2015, nous avons recu l approbation de mon H1B.
